This role, at a leading Scottish firm, involves property and conveyancing work for public and third sector organisations, as well as those in the private sector who interact with the public sector. The firm’s clients include central government directorates, local authorities, non-departmental public bodies, regulatory bodies, housing associations and charities as well as private sector property developers and investors. This role will offer varied work including development site acquisitions and assembly; commercial leases; deeds of conditions for mixed tenure developments; shared equity and shared ownership; large-scale security exercises; property due diligence reports; secured grant funding; property factoring.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates with at least 2 years’ PQE, who have a real interest in this area of the law.
