Our client is currently recruiting a solicitor to join its highly-regarded commercial property team in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will be at the 1 years pqe to Senior Associate level with commercial property experience and a keen interest in progressing their career in this area. An NQ with a focus on commercial property could also be considered.

You will act for a variety of sectors and be involved in a range of work including: landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, project due diligence and corporate support, property finance and licensing.
