We have been instructed on this new Litigation role with our client, a transatlantic law firm based in Central Edinburgh. The firm is currently recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its busy team; although the position is based in Edinburgh, the firm do operate a hybrid working model which allows employees to work from home part of the week. The postholder will advise a wide range of organisations on corporate and contractual disputes including IT, fraud, misrepresentation and breach of contracts.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 4 years PQE and come from a strong litigation background with previous experience in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session. Previous exposure to insolvency work is desirable but not essential. This position is advertised as full time however candidates seeking part-time work are also encouraged to apply.
