Commercial Disputes Solicitor - Edinburgh

This global law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its growing Commercial Disputes team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will be between the 2-5 years’ PQE level and have an understanding of litigation, arbitration, and ADR procedures.

The team advise on a wide range of international and national disputes, across a variety of sectors. As well as being a key member of their Scottish team, you will also work on matters from across their UK and international network.

You will work directly with clients, taking instructions and preparing pleadings and other court and arbitration documents. You will be able to provide in-depth case analysis and briefings for the team whilst managing substantial disputes under supervision.
