Charities & Third Sector Solicitor - Edinburgh

Our client is currently recruiting a newly qualified solicitor or a senior solicitor to join its busy Charities and Third Sector team in Edinburgh, which is one of the largest in Scotland. You will be a fully qualified solicitor with, ideally, previous experience working with charities, however, this is not essential.

The team is inviting applications from candidates at NQ level and 3+ years PQE for more senior solicitors. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in drafting charity deeds of trusts, articles of association, handling corporate regulatory and compliance matters, administration of grant giving charities and delivering trustee training as and when required. Previous private client and/or corporate experience would be advantageous.
