This is an exciting opportunity to join this global law firm! They are currently recruiting a Solicitor at the 0-5 years’ pqe level with experience working in banking law had have general transactional experience, as well as a developing expertise in a particular area of finance. You will experience acting for borrowers and lenders (including clearing banks, investment banks, investment funds and insurance companies) on a range of Scottish, English and cross-border transactions.
