A well-established full-service law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its busy Banking team based in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will work on a range of commercial and corporate banking matters, with a particular focus on real estate finance. Responsibilities will include conducting property diligence for lenders and drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation.

Applicants should be newly qualified or have up to three years’ post-qualification experience (PQE), with a background in either commercial or residential property law. Prior exposure to property finance is desirable, though not essential, as training will be provided for those keen to develop in this area.

This is a full-time role, with flexibility around working hours. While initially office-based, hybrid working arrangements may be considered depending on experience.
