Senior Associate, Banking & Finance - Guernsey and Jersey

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join this leading global offshore firm. Due to rapid growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer to joins it’s practice in Guernsey and Jersey. The work will involve advising lenders and sponsors on cross-border banking and finance transaction across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities include:

Advise on cross-border banking and finance transactions
Provide technically sound advice and highly responsive service
Proactively assist in developing and expanding client relationships
Maintain a sustained record of revenue generation and profitability

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ PQE and be ambitious to grow their career in this field.
