Associates/Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution - Glasgow/Edinburgh

This highly regarded Scottish law firm is currently recruiting for an associate/senior associate to join its busy practice in Glasgow. The successful candidate will specialise mainly in dispute resolution work and will be responsible for handling a diverse and complex caseload of civil litigation matters, this will include contract, property, professional negligence and landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial). The successful candidate can also expect some criminal defence work.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates with at least 3 years PQE and above with extensive knowledge and experience of litigation and handling sensitive and complex dispute cases. Previous experience of criminal law would be beneficial however not essential.
