Our client is currently recruiting a Personal Injury Associate for its Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

You will be a fully qualified Associate with defendant Personal Injury experience. You will be familiar with working on a mix of casualty, disease, EL/PL, and RTA claims.

This will include:

  • Working with the Partner to progress cases quickly and efficiently.
  • Personal Injury defender or pursuer experience would be ideal
  • Working closely with our clients to understand their requirements and manage cases to meet our service level agreements while demonstrating best practice.
  • Prioritising work effectively to maximise efficiency
  • Building excellent stakeholder relationships, internally and externally
  • Developing your knowledge, technically and commercially through training and excellent working practice

The firm will consider applications from candidates with strong academics who have post-qualification experience of handling personal injury litigation and experience of working within a busy commercial environment, handling a varied caseload. This is an ideal opportunity to work in a nationally recognised general insurance team.
