Our client, a respected offshore law firm is seeking an Associate with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join its Corporate, Finance, Funds and Regulatory team in Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of advisory and transactional matters, including corporate restructurings, financings, regulatory issues, and M&A activity.

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer from a common law jurisdiction, with strong drafting skills and a commercial mindset. You’ll be involved in managing client relationships, contributing to business development, and supporting the growth of the team through mentoring and collaboration.
