Agricultural & Rural Associate/Senior Associate – Edinburgh or Glasgow

This innovative law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Solicitor to join its Agricultural and Rural Team. You will advise on the sale and purchase of rural property, crofting, renewables, agricultural holdings and general estate work. Your key duties will include:

Managing own caseload
Business development
Advising on the purchase and sale of estates, farms, woodlands, minerals, rural houses and fishing rights
Drafting and advising on commercial leases
Advising on all legal matters relating to rural conveyancing

To be considered for this position you should have at least 5 years’ PQE and have previous agricultural and rural experience.
