We are delighted to be instructed on this new Real Estate Disputes role with our client, a full-service international law firm. The team in Edinburgh is currently seeking an associate/senior associate on a full-time basis.

You will have at least 4 years’ PQE with a strong understanding of real estate, litigation with good commercial experience. You will advise on a variety of real estate disputes including those relating to dilapidations, landlord and tenant issues, insolvency, and energy. As an associate you will be expected to play a part in business development initiatives.  The firm would also be interested in discussing this role with more experienced candidates, currently operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level.

You will be able to provide in-depth case analysis whilst being able to manage substantial disputes under partner supervision. Working directly with clients, you will take instructions to prepare high quality and concise correspondence. As well as being a key member of the Scottish team,  you will also work with the team across the UK.
