Funds Lawyer - Glasgow/Aberdeen/Edinburgh

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Solicitor to join this multinational law firm. This position can be based in either the firms Glasgow, Edinburgh or Aberdeen office and the successful candidate will specialise in funds transactions and investments and focus on the energy sector. You will have a varied and interesting workload and duties will include advising on private investment funds, energy projects, drafting constitution documentation of funds and being involved in business development.

The team is keen to hear from candidates at the 3-6 years PQE level with a strong academic background, you should also have previous experience of working in an energy environment within a large commercial firm.
