This highly successful global law firm is currently recruiting an ambitious lawyer to join its leading Real Estate team. The role is to provide an in-house function to an in-house retailer. You will work as part of a team to deliver a full range of commercial real estate work advising on leases, property contracts and freehold and leasehold titles.

To be considered for this position you will have at least 2 years’ PQE with experience working on general commercial real estate, ideally with a broad remit of work. Exposure to retail work would be an advantage.

You will be client focussed with strong interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to prioritise, particularly when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

This role can be fully remote or hybrid, assigning to one of the firm’s Scottish offices. The firm is open to hearing from candidates who wish to work full-time and part-time (4-day week). Due to the single client focus, the role will provide greater flexibility in working hours.
