This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join this leading Energy Transition Regulatory and Finance team (ETRF), based in Edinburgh. You will specialise in finance and the team advise on high value project and finance work. You will have a varied and interesting workload and some of your duties will include energy and infrastructure projects, refinancings, M&A, and renewable energy finance.

The team is keen to hear from candidates at the 1-4 years PQE level. To be considered for the position, you should have previous experience of working in an energy environment within a large commercial firm. There is opportunity for career development within the role and training will be provided for more junior candidates if required.
