Don’t let Blue Monday get you down

This time of year is always a time of reflection, of the past year, of what you want to achieve in the coming year. Whether you make resolutions or set goals, either personal or professional, you are always at risk of losing motivation before January is over. After the whirlwind of Christmas and the smash of reality returning to work it is tricky to focus on your goals and resolutions. Today is said to be the most depressing day of the year known as “Blue Monday”, and we have decided to share some of our favourite motivational quotes to keep you on the right track of positivity and get you through this gloomy Monday.
