An established offshore law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join its Jersey office. The role involves advising on a wide range of commercial property transactions, while also supporting residential property matters and related services such as property litigation and corporate support.

You will manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a high-quality and timely service for clients. The position requires strong drafting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to supervise and mentor junior team members. Business development involvement and contribution to the firm’s growth strategy will also form part of the role.

Candidates should have 4–6 years’ PQE with a UK, Jersey, or Commonwealth qualification, and proven experience in commercial property work. Familiarity with Jersey property transactions is highly desirable. A client-focused approach, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
