Wood Group is looking to recruit an additional lawyer
to join its legal team. The position will be located
at its corporate office in Aberdeen, supporting Wood
Group’s legal activities worldwide, including
legal functions in Europe, Africa, the Middle East,
Asia Pacific, Australia and CIS countries. The role
will involve advising on a wide range of contractual
and general legal issues, with responsibilities for
agency and distribution contracts, general contract
review and dealing with new territory start ups. You
will also assist with corporate/M&A transactions,
and general corporate restructuring projects, and the
position will involve overseas travel as and when required.
Language skills would be an advantage.
Wood Group is looking for a self motivated individual
with good commercially focused problem resolution skills
with prior commercial legal experience.
