PROPERTY SOLICITOR
The position includes the responsibility for overseeing the Estate Agency department and heading the residential purchase and sale conveyancing team at one of our larger branches. Some general chamber work will also be involved.

COURT SOLICITOR
This post, in a court town, will involve all aspects of Civil (non legal aid only) and Criminal (private and legal aid) Court work including acting as duty solicitor on the rotas for the Sheriff and District Courts. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for Court work at the branch and will be required to offer assistance to other branches with no dedicated court solicitor.
