LEGAL COUNSEL

You will provide legal advice and guidance in respect of technical legal aspects of fund administration, custody, banking and treasury operations. You will liaise with internal department heads and business development managers, external lawyers and regulatory bodies to ensure that the fund administration company’s comments are incorporated in fund documentation. Having a background in hedge funds, banking, general corporate work and fund custody would be preferable but if not a strong interest in these areas would be desirable. This role would suit a commercial lawyer with some experience gained in private practice and / or in-house.
