Recruitment Consultant, Eleanor Neil works closely with
clients seeking to recruit lawyers at assistant and associate
level for both professional practice and in-house positions.
Having been with FWA for eight years, Eleanor has developed
an extensive working knowledge of the legal recruitment
market and consistently demonstrates an ability to recognise
and adapt to changes and new trends in the market.
Eleanor's approach is characterised by a keen service
ethic and a high level of empathy towards clients
and candidates alike. She is therefore the ideal
person to provide support to Frasia in dealing with
senior clients and candidates, as well as supporting
the more junior members of the FWA consultancy team.
Eleanor has also developed an interest in public
sector opportunities and will continue to expand
her knowledge and experience in this area.
